PixelHost provides web hosting, cloud hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), and related services. Our services include:

  • Shared hosting plans
  • Virtual private servers (VPS)
  • Dedicated servers
  • Cloud hosting solutions
  • Domain registration and management
  • Technical support services

Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Keeping your account information current and accurate

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
  • Spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
  • Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
  • Resource abuse that affects other users
  • Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission

Payment and Billing

Payment Terms

  • All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
  • Payments are processed automatically on your billing cycle
  • You must maintain valid payment information on file
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Domain registrations and setup fees are non-refundable.

Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  • Issues caused by third-party services
  • Problems resulting from your actions or content

Technical support is available 24/7 through our ticketing system and live chat.

Data and Backups

While we perform regular backups of our systems, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data and content. We recommend:

  • Regular backups of your websites and databases
  • Testing backup restoration procedures
  • Maintaining off-site backup copies

We are not liable for any data loss, regardless of the cause.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or delays
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Security breaches beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Engage in prohibited activities
  • Provide false or misleading information

Upon termination, you have 30 days to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
